When you ask for a free earnings check, you send your property's postcode or town and the number of bedrooms. You also tell me how it's run now and how to reach you: your name and mobile number. Your email and Airbnb link are optional. I also keep which ad or link you came from, and use your connection's address to stop the form being misused.
I use these only to show your check, send you a copy by text and email, and talk to you about it, including the call you book. I don't sell or share them, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
To see or delete what I hold about you, ring me on 01502 442911. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, the website host.
Texts go through Twilio. Emails go through FormSubmit. Your check has its own private link, which only you and I have.
I keep your details for up to 12 months after we last speak, then delete them. If you're unhappy with how I've used them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
